1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account with phtya, accessing our website at phtya.cam, or using any of our gaming services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease using our services and may not create an account.

These terms apply to all users of the phtya platform, including but not limited to registered account holders, visitors to our website, and participants in any promotional offers or tournaments. You represent and warrant that you are physically located within Philippine territory when accessing our services. Use of our platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted is strictly forbidden. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of phtya complies with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws in your jurisdiction.

2.3 Account Creation and Verification

To use phtya services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile phone number, email address, and residential address. You may only create and maintain one (1) account with phtya. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance procedures, you agree to provide valid identification documents, which may include a government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and any additional documentation phtya may reasonably require. Failure to complete verification within thirty (30) days of account creation may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phtya account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login information with any third party. Any activity occurring under your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. You must immediately notify phtya of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. phtya will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phtya accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and Metrobank, and select cryptocurrencies including USDT (Tether). All transactions must be conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP) or equivalent cryptocurrency value. The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00), and the maximum deposit per transaction varies by payment method and account status.

3.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically processed instantly and reflected in your phtya account balance within seconds. Bank transfers may take between one (1) to four (4) business hours to process depending on the issuing bank. Cryptocurrency deposits require network confirmations and may take up to thirty (30) minutes. phtya does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose transaction fees.

3.3 Withdrawal Policy

You may request withdrawals of your available account balance at any time, subject to these terms. The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200.00). Withdrawals are processed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours for verified accounts. First-time withdrawals and large withdrawal requests may require additional verification and may take up to seventy-two (72) hours to process.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. phtya reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify ownership of the withdrawal destination. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited as part of our Anti-Money Laundering procedures.

3.4 Wagering Requirements

All deposits must be wagered at least one (1) time before withdrawal to comply with Anti-Money Laundering regulations. Funds received as bonuses or promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in the applicable promotional terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any associated winnings.

3.5 Currency and Exchange Rates

All account balances are maintained in Philippine Pesos (PHP). For deposits and withdrawals made in cryptocurrency, phtya will apply the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction processing. Exchange rates are determined by third-party market data providers and may fluctuate. phtya is not responsible for any losses incurred due to exchange rate variations.

4. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

phtya is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable players. 4.2 Self-Exclusion

5.2 Bonus Abuse

phtya reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if we determine that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim promotions, using irregular betting patterns solely to meet wagering requirements, or any other behavior deemed to be exploitative or contrary to the spirit of the promotion. Suspected bonus abuse will result in immediate account suspension and investigation.

5.3 Modification and Cancellation

phtya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to exclude certain players from participating in specific promotions at our sole discretion.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the phtya platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealers to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. phtya does not and cannot influence game results. 7. Intellectual Property

All content on the phtya platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game interfaces, is the property of phtya or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the phtya platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on our platform without express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phtya and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to losses from gaming activities, technical failures, unauthorized access to your account, or any other damages whatsoever. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with phtya is to cease using our services.

phtya makes no warranties or representations regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of our platform. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of phtya services, you agree to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in the English language. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Account Closure and Suspension

phtya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon account closure, any remaining balance may be forfeited if the closure resulted from a breach of these terms. You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support, and any remaining balance will be returned to you following standard withdrawal procedures.
